Redman

Muddy Waters

Muddy Waters is Red's third release which dropped in 1996. This is a classic album with a guest appearance by Method Man and again production held by Eric Sermon of EPMD. There's some classic joints on here and the skits are pretty funny too. Dare Iz A Darkside is my personal fav tho.

Dare Iz A Darkside

Redman's sophomore release was a good one and IMO better than his first. Whut? Thee Album had a very upbeat funk vibe going on which is way too much for me yet it maintains a raw and grittiness that I do like, but it is still a good release no doubt. For Darkside I like how dark and murky it is, production handled mostly by Redman himself along with Eric Sermon as well. The beats do somewhat sound the same BUT there is a reason for it. Prepare to take a journey through the psychotic mind of Redman... This would NEVER make no top chart shit. Strictly for the heads. I'm proud to own this masterpiece and you should give it a listen and cop it too. peace.

Ill Biskits

Chronicle of Two Losers

When I dig for some hip hop my general rule is to stay away from albums that have more then 13-15 tracks cause I feel the more tracks then less quality rite? So I have come across this album countless times and would pass it up, probably due to the doods on the cover that are so close they could kiss you. I had recently gave it a listen and god damn am I angry at myself, this album is so chill, just pop it in while your cruisin at night, its damn fresh. Released in '95.
